- Applicants for the Phillip Schrager Scholarship for Student Leaders are asked to release confidential personal and educational information to the scholarship donors and selection committee. Such confidential information includes but is not limited to: demographic data, ACT/SAT scores, high school transcript data, financial aid data, and UNO academic records.
