NE Eagle Scout Scholarship

If you are a graduating high school senior, have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, and currently live in Nebraska or Pottawattamie, Harris or Mills County, Iowa, you are eligible for the NE Eagle Scout Scholarship. The scholarship is valued at a total of up to $12,000, payable at $3,000 per year for up to four years. Scholarship recipients may pursue any program of study offered at UNO. The NE Eagle Scout Scholarship is established through the generosity of the late Walter Scott, Jr., an Eagle Scout who became a tremendous businessman, leader, and philanthropist. Mr. Scott credited his Scouting experience as being foundational to his character development and leadership success.
