Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Scholarship

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Scholarship is open to any students at UNO College of Business Administration pursuing a primary or secondary concentration in real estate. Candidates need to have completed one or more upper-level UNO real estate course with a grade of “B” or better and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preferred candidates shall have expressed a desire to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate, and hold a Nebraska Real Estate License or plan to obtain one.
