Offutt Enlisted Spouses' Club (OESC)

The Offutt Enlisted Spouses’ Club (OESC) will be awarding scholarships in 2024 to spouses of active duty, retired or deceased enlisted or officer military personnel residing in Sarpy, Douglas and Cass Counties in Nebraska and in Mills and Pottawattamie Counties in Iowa.
