Wayne & Mary Claire Wagner and Family Endowed Athletic Training Scholarship

This scholarship honors the memory of Wayne Wagner, a long-time athletic trainer at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, serving as an athletic trainer and assistant professor for over 17 years until 1985. Wagner was also instrumental in the development of the Undergraduate Athletic Training Program at UNO.

The Wayne & Mary Claire Wagner and Family Endowed Athletic Training Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students enrolled in the Athletic Training Program in the College of Education at UNO.
