Mary Galligan Cornett Public Service Scholarship

The Mary Galligan Cornett Public Service Scholarship supports students enrolled in the Master in Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in Public Management, College of Public Affairs and Community Service who have expressed a desire to pursue a career in the area of Public Administration after graduation. A preference may be given to needy students and the scholarship may have the possibility of being renewed.

This scholarship honors Mary Cornett, a longtime Omaha City Clerk and her distinguished 50+ year career in public service.
-MPA degree student with a concentration in Public Management
-Expresses a desire to pursue a career in Public Administration following graduation
-Preference shall be given to those students with a demonstrated financial need
